Must purchase product between 8/1/2024 - 8/31/2024 at 11:59PM and submit information within 45 days of purchase date (11:59PM). Must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the 50 United States & Washington D.C. to participate in this offer. Offer limited to one (1) rebate per person, address, or household. Max value of rebate is $59.99 USD.

Your rebate submission will not be accepted without proof of purchase (original store receipt and full UPC barcode from package) and completed form. These items must be mailed to: Tastefuls One Taste is All It Takes Challenge PO Box 1059 Grand Rapids, MN 55745. If your receipt is not valid, you will be contacted by email so you can correct the issue and resubmit for your rebate.

You will receive your rebate via digital retailer gift card matching your submitted receipt in the amount of the purchase price (after coupons) reflected on the store receipt (up to $59.99 USD., tax not included). Gift cards for Walmart, Amazon.com, Target, PetSmart, Petco and Kroger will be distributed matching the receipt for purchases totaling $10 or more. All other receipt submissions will receive a digital pre-paid Virtual Visa^® Prepaid Card gift card. Please allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of rebate. Limit one rebate per household.

Product must be consumed before expiration date and according to the directions found on pack. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of any offer requirement (including, without limitation via online auction sites) is prohibited. This offer may not be published in any magazine, website or elsewhere without written permission of Blue Buffalo. This offer is void where taxed, regulated or prohibited. Requests which are duplicates from outside the stated area or from groups or organizations or otherwise non-conforming will not be honored, returned or acknowledged.
